Skilled Care

Parkview Home offers two Skilled Care units - Health Center & Parkview West. Skilled Care offers 24/7 nursing care by licensed & certified professional staff. We offer lower caregiver-to-resident ratios (meaning more staff per resident) to ensure our staff can dedicate more time for each individual resident's needs, preferences, and daily routines. This also fosters deeper relationships and builds stronger bonds between staff and residents.

Both Skilled Care units are for resident's needing long-term care or short-term care after an illness/injury/surgery, or just to regain strength.

What's included in our Skilled Care?

*24-hour Licensed Nursing Care (includes monitoring & administering all medications & treatments

*Three nutritious home-cooked meals a day (plus access to a snack table 24/7)

*Housekeeping, linen changes, & complete laundry services

*Participation in daily activities, as well as planned outings

*Restorative Services
